Primary Learning Online collects your data so that we can:

Primary Learning Online will share your data with our teachers, relevant to your booking.


When Primary Learning Online processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Primary Learning Online securely stores your data on non-cloud data backup systems located at their primary office.

6    Primary Learning Online will keep your personal data as follows:
Students’ and parent/carer names, contact details, session details and session recordings will be retained for 10 (ten) years beyond the conclusion of the course/s attended.  Once this time period has expired, we will electronically delete your data.

 

7    Marketing
Parent/carer’s personal details may be used for make contact with parent/carers for permission to gather or use testimonials, or to advertise further Primary Learning Online courses which we believe may be of interest to them.

You have the right at any time to stop Primary Learning Online from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Primary Learning Online Group.
